\u201cSi juzgas a un pez por su habilidad de trepar \u00e1rboles, vivir\u00e1 toda su vida pensando que es in\u00fatil\u201d Esta clase de legados y las vivencias que he experimentado en carne propia son las que me permiten tomar consciencia sobre mis actuaciones en los escenarios en donde fluyo y dejo que la vida me sorprenda. Partiendo de lo anterior y observando la diversidad cultural, familiar, empresarial y social en la que habito y en la que, quien este leyendo este escrito podr\u00eda coincidir. Me gustar\u00eda que por un instante revisemos si hemos sido ese \u201cpez\u201d que en alg\u00fan momento quiso trepar \u00e1rboles, pero en su entorno \u201calguien\u201d le dio a entender que los peces nadan, y por lo tanto deb\u00eda seguir su condici\u00f3n natural.<\/p>\n Algunos estudiosos del cerebro comparten que, pensar de manera divergente se desarrolla en nuestras primeras etapas del desarrollo, y que su c\u00faspide se acent\u00faa sobre todo entre los diez y los quince a\u00f1os, de ah\u00ed en adelante si no se estimula este pensamiento existe una alta probabilidad de declinar. Este aporte me parece importante como punto de partida para comprender el valor que tiene desarrollar esta zona lateral de nuestro cerebro, sin embargo, y por experiencia propia, estoy convencida que no necesariamente hay un tiempo fijo para fortalecer y utilizar este tipo de pensamiento. Personalmente y a trav\u00e9s de las diversas experiencias que he vivido y sin ning\u00fan tipo de prejuicio y verg\u00fcenza, hoy en retrospectiva veo una pececilla fr\u00e1gil, alegre, rebelde, inconformista, servicial, juguetona, tranquila, generosa y arriesgada, que en su entorno tuvo diferentes criadores que influyeron en algunos rasgos de su personalidad y que, en alg\u00fan momento estos modelamientos y moldeamientos los interpret\u00e9 como bloqueos, dudas, temores y hasta aversi\u00f3n por algunos de mis cuidadores. Pero hoy, comprendo y agradezco todas esas escenas y vivencias, porque me han servido como un referente vital para exhortar a quien est\u00e9 leyendo estas letras, de que si en alg\u00fan momento de su historia fue un pez que quiso trepar \u00e1rboles y por la raz\u00f3n que sea no lo pudo hacer, hoy es el momento de hacer realidad todo aquello que un d\u00eda fue juzgado como algo \u201cmalo, indebido, extra\u00f1o, y que no encajaba en nuestra condici\u00f3n humana\u201d.<\/p>\n Nuestro sistema nervioso central (SNC), es uno de los maravillosos lugares en donde se procesan nuestros pensamientos y la informaci\u00f3n que recibimos a trav\u00e9s de nuestros sentidos. Hoy quiero repensar y remover el paradigma de que la lateralidad cerebral no es quien nos encarcela a una sola dominancia; quiero revaluar si es una condici\u00f3n de corte hist\u00f3rica, familiar, cultural y social, que con el paso del tiempo se traslada a otros escenarios como el acad\u00e9mico y el empresarial.<\/p>\n De aqu\u00ed en adelante me centrar\u00e9 en las Empresas, que es uno de los espacios f\u00edsicos en donde m\u00e1s se nos pasa la vida. Es importante resaltar que no estoy en contra de este tipo de culturas, ya que una organizaci\u00f3n se nutre precisamente por la diversidad de pensamientos y actuaciones, sin embargo, en la nueva din\u00e1mica empresarial, familiar y social que hoy estamos viviendo, es apremiante comprender que el cerebro no se debe reducir en \u00e1reas demarcadas, ni mucho menos pretender que una persona interrumpa abruptamente el desarrollo funcional de este extraordinario \u00f3rgano. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a1Pero \u00bfc\u00f3mo pretender que las personas act\u00faen desde un pensamiento divergente cuando en los contextos familiares, acad\u00e9micos, empresariales y sociales a\u00fan nos venden un modelo de condicionamiento desde una dominancia cerebral?! \u00a0<\/p>\n El concepto \u201cdivergente\u201d ha despertado pol\u00e9micas y en ocasiones estas son vistas de manera distorsionada, porque hemos estado inmersos y sometidos a un modelo est\u00e1ndar que facilita la opresi\u00f3n y el poder. Me siento impotente cuando observo culturas empresariales, espec\u00edficamente \u201cjefes\u201d, con estilos de imposici\u00f3n, miedo, sumisi\u00f3n y una orientaci\u00f3n retrograda que, valida todo ese pasado tergiversado que para algunos peces fue la panacea en su desarrollo.<\/p>\n Quiero ser agente de revoluci\u00f3n, una en donde se reconozca que el cerebro tiene estructuras y cada una tiene una funci\u00f3n especial, pero no por ello debemos cosificar el comportamiento humano y mucho menos limitarlo, m\u00e1s bien hay que estimular esas estructuras y sacarles el mayor provecho de manera equilibrada, evitando la distorsi\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica que es la que media nuestros actos.<\/p>\n Pretendo que nos ubiquemos desde nuestra esencia, pues es ah\u00ed en donde podemos rescatar al \u201cpez\u201d que somos, y que con el paso del tiempo permitimos que nos rezaguen, nos coarten, y nos interrumpan la grandeza de pensar diferente.<\/p>\n Para cerrar este art\u00edculo (y todos los que escribo), quiero compartir con ustedes algunas preguntas de reflexi\u00f3n, y en esta ocasi\u00f3n dejo siete, que son las que me motivan para seguir con mi autoexamen y permitir a otros que hagan el propio.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
